The letter i at the end of aPHRi is the whole point of the credential. HRCI built the Associate Professional in Human Resources - International for people beginning HR work outside the United States, and it asks for no HR experience at all. The application costs $100, the exam itself another $300, and you answer 90 questions inside 105 minutes to reach the scaled score of 500 that HRCI sets as the standard.
