Can I Switch Exams After Purchase?
Premium is bought for one specific certification exam, and the purchase stays tied to that exam — there is no self-service option to switch it to a different one. To prepare for another exam you would take out Premium for that exam; for a question about an order you have already placed, write to support@processexam.com.
This follows from how Premium is sold rather than being a restriction bolted on afterwards. Each practice bank is built for a single credential, and your access is granted to that bank, so a purchase and an exam are paired from the moment you check out.
Why a premium process exam purchase stays with one exam
In SAFe terms, a Lean budget is guarded to a specific value stream rather than shuffled item by item — funding is committed where it was authorised, and moving it is a deliberate decision, not a default. A Premium purchase behaves the same way: it is committed to the exam you chose, not a balance you can redirect at will. That keeps each practice bank aligned to the credential it was built for, which is the same reason the questions are written against one vendor’s objectives rather than pooled across unrelated exams.
Preparing for a different project management exam
If your plans change and you now need a different process or project management certification exam, the route is to obtain Premium for that exam. Anything specific to an order you have already placed — a selection you think was made in error at checkout, for instance — is best raised directly with support@processexam.com rather than assumed either way; quoting the order details from My account helps them find it quickly. Nothing here should be read as a promise of a free transfer between exams.
