The ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Provider credential tests whether you can run a domain-separated instance so every tenant sees only its own records and follows its own processes. It is a 45-question, 60-minute exam, costs USD $450 and is graded Pass / Fail.

Nobody hacked anything in that scenario. An analyst at the provider built a report while sitting high in the domain tree, where every client's records are visible by design, and scheduled it to a client contact.
