What Happens After I Purchase Premium?
Once your payment clears, the exam you bought is added to your account. Sign in, open the User menu — the one labelled with your username — and choose My Premium Exams, where your full-length and mini sittings are waiting. There is nothing to download, install or redeem.
Access is attached to the account you purchased with, so signing in is the whole of it. Premium Certification Practice Exams live in the premium member’s account, and that is the one place they appear.
Finding your premium process exam in the account menu
The User menu is the one that starts with your username, and My Premium Exams sits inside it. Open it and every exam you have bought is listed there, each ready to launch as a full-length or a mini sitting. Because access is tied to the account rather than to a link or a device, you reach it the same way from any browser you sign in on.
When your project management exam access begins and how long it runs
Access normally goes live inside an hour of paying, though it can stretch to six hours while the payment is confirmed, so a short wait afterwards is expected rather than a fault. Once access is live, the full Premium period begins on its own — unlimited full-length and mini attempts across the fixed 60-day window — with no further action needed from you. If the exam has not appeared after that window, checking Orders under My account and then contacting support is the order to follow.
