I Forgot My Password — What Should I Do?
Use the password-reset link on the login page. Enter the email address your account is registered under, and the site emails you a link to set a new password; follow it, choose the new password, and sign in again. It is a self-service route you run yourself, with no support ticket to raise and no phone call to make.
There is nothing more elaborate behind it — no security questions to answer, and no waiting on a person to verify you by hand. The reset goes to the registered email because that address is what proves the account is yours, which is also why keeping it current is worth doing.
The reset link on your process certification login
From the login page, choose the reset option and give the email you registered with. The link that arrives lets you set a fresh password and get straight back in. Because the whole thing turns on the registered email, the one situation that needs more than a click is losing access to that inbox — a changed work address, say, or a mailbox that has been closed.
When you cannot reach the email on your process exam account
If the reset email has nowhere to land because you can no longer open that inbox, the self-service route cannot finish on its own, and that is the point to write to support@processexam.com. Getting in touch from the position of not being able to receive the link, rather than firing off a reset and then waiting, saves a round trip. Everything else — a simply forgotten password with the inbox still working — is handled entirely by the link on the login page.
