Not for a single day I got the impression that I was just giving a regular mock test. Right from the questions to the way they marked and the scoring system or be it the duration I got to attempt the CSA online preparation mock questions, everything was simulated. The pattern of the mock tests and the number of questions too were similar to the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification. This was a great support system.
