Passed in CIS-SM exam

CIS-SM mock tests were very challenging and i always scored an above average score. I was disheartened earlier. But when i gave the actual exam, i realized it is very easy compared to the mock tests which helped me give confidence while attempting the ServiceNow CIS-SM certification exam.
